When I order online, is this website secure?
This website is secure. We use Paypal shopping cart and checkout that is encrypted and can’t be read by others. All personal information is not kept after your order has been processed and is only viewed by The Tiara Place.

What carrier will my order be coming by?
Orders are shipped using Priority Mail through USPS. The shipping time is generally 2 to 3 days from shipping time. For Canada we also use USPS and use the fastest possible but please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery.

Where are you located?
The Tiara Place is located in Lexington, Kentucky. We would be happy to arrange pickup if you prefer.
Other than the cost of the items purchased, what charges will I incur?
Other than the price of the items ordered, standard shipping cost of $9.95 will be automatically added to your order. No tax is charged for orders outside of Kentucky. If you are a resident of Kentucky a 6% tax will be added to your order.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped within a 2 business days. Please include your home and cell phone numbers to your order in case there are any questions. This will help with any possible delays.

How far ahead do I need to order my product?
Just to be safe I would order 7 to 10 days prior to needing your tiaras, crown, etc. This will allow plenty of time to receive the items.

If I don’t have a credit card how can I order from The Tiara Place?
You are welcome to order through the mail. Please send an email to contact@thetiaraplace.com and advice us that you want to order through the mail. Please include your contact information and items you would like to order. Also, please include in the mail a cashier check, along with shipping information and items you would like to purchase. The mail orders will be filled as quickly as possible.
